The iStand Falls Prevention® exercises are clinically proven to increase strength, balance, and reduce the risk of falls for anyone at risk for falls. By instituting a regular falls prevention exercise program, Otago can greatly reduce their risk of falls for Seniors. Our Tai Chi program, great for all ages, can reduce falls in the workplace, and for those with neurological disorders such as stroke and Parkinsons.
